Die Corona-Krise stellt alle Gesellschaftsbereiche vor völlig neue Herausforderungen. Diese Herausforderungen werden angenommen und gemeistert, allerdings nicht immer unter genauer Prüfung der rechtlichen Voraussetzungen und unter Berücksichtigung der Folgen. Während zunächst die faktische Bewältigung von Aufgaben im Vordergrund steht, wird auch die rechtliche Beurteilung der Lebenssachverhalte große Bedeutung gewinnen, insbesondere wenn es um die Frage geht, wie die Herausforderungen zu meistern sind und wie der Gesamtschaden verteilt wird.
