ArbG Köln: Kein Fußballschauen während der Arbeitszeit

Das Arbeitsgericht Köln hat mit Urteil vom 28.08.2017 (Az.: 20 Ca 7940/16) entschieden, dass ein Arbeitnehmer während der Arbeitszeit auf seinem dienstlichen Computer selbst für 30 Sekunden kein Fußball schauen dürfe. Dies rechtfertige eine Abmahnung, weil der Arbeitnehmer in dieser Zeit nachweislich keine Arbeitsleistung erbracht habe.
